Q: 14 Weeks And Frustrated

Today is the first day of my 14th week of pregnancy. The last 4-5 weeks have been great...No more morning sickness. Now all of a sudden, I have it again! I've been told this is normal because the hormones fluctuate but feel worried that i'm about to start my second trimester and am getting sick again out of the blue. I also don't feel like i'm getting any bigger. My tummy started popping out about 2 weeks ago but I haven't noticed much change since then. Other first trimester symptoms have also worn off. My breasts are no longer sore. I feel frustrated because I feel like I should "feel" pregnant by now. This is my second and feel like I should be bigger and ready for maternity clothes and i'm not even close. My next appointment is next week which will put me at 6 weeks since my last appointment. Should I be worried about anything? Thanks for your input.

Don't Be Worried,
Every pregnancy is different. With my 1st child I didn't start showing until I was about 5 mo preg. But because there were people that doubted me I would push out my stomach, just so that I didn't get questions. Everything will be fine, and you may be stressed with your 1st preg and not living up to expectations, which are not good to focus on. Just go with the flow, ya know...Joe. Ha ha. Just dont' worry, and everything will "fit" into place.

Good luck and best wishes,

Thanks
I know every pregnancy is different. Everyone keeps telling me that. This one has been worse than my first and I keep telling my husband I will never get pregnant again! I also worry about everything and now that I have a baby growing inside me, I worry constantly. This is such a frustrating time. Since i'm not very big yet and can't feel the baby move yet, I have a hard time believing the baby is okay. I hear these horror stories about babies that have passed away but the woman shows no signs. That scares me to death! I just wish I could hear the heartbeat and know it's still growing.

Thanks again!

Don't Worry.
Hey, I am also 14 weeks and still wearing mostly my regular clothes. This is my fourth pregnancy, I thought I would be bigger too, because with my last son I poked out by two months! I still haven't really felt it move either and I only heard the heartbeat for the first time on wednesday. I turned 14 weeks on tuesday. Good luck! I hope everything works out okay.
