depends on the drug.
Read the label. Tylenol is safe,
ibuprofen can give problems, fe.X.
And if you try to get pregnant, please
take folate, at leats 1 mg per day
(prevents spina bifida and other similar
problems)

Go to your local pharmacy and he/she can
tell you exactly were it's at. Folic
acid is what its called. Doctors tell
women who are trying to get pregnant to
take it.

I got this from my doc. Hope it helps.
This is if you are already pregnant.
If you're ttc and arent' sure if you're
pregnant yet, use this just to be safe.
Actually I copied and pasted from another
girl I posted to who had a cold, so I can
let you know about any other otc meds for
other reasons. I'm just not sure which
drug you are specifically asking about.
Cold remedies:
always check over-the-counter cold
medications for alcohol, sugar, caffeine,
or aspirin. All medications should be
taken as directed and for no longer than 7
days. If symptoms persist, call the
office.
