Honestly I dont think he should get the easy way out. Sorry death isnt justice to me.. I think that he should have to hold a blood drive every year in honor of his wife and child, I also think he should have to do other things... I dont agree for the easy way out

To be honest me neither... Its going to be a long wait on death row for him.. I also really feel bad for his parents as well.. And I guess it will never change the fact that laci and and baby connor are gone.. And the rocha family will never be the same .. So saddd.

I don't think he should get the death penalty. I think he should rot in jail for what he did. He doesn't deserve to take the easy way out. He needs to live with what he did.

Yeah I never thought they would give him the death penalty... The whole thing is so overwhelming... Ive been following it for the longest.. It makes me so depressed that there are sick people in this world that do such things.. Its just sad.. Seeing piecturs of laci and everything just really hit home..

Sorry to be a bit rude, but what's the story about? I'm assuming it's a recent thing. I'm in australia and havent heard a thing about it.....I'm assuming by the posts he's done something horrible to his children or someone else's children....

I'm so into this!!! It makes me so mad!! Just think... It would have been his first child... His first boy at that!!! Wow!!! It makes you wonder what laci "did" to make him so upset?!? I mean...What was going on with them? Ahhhh... It drives me crazy!!! No...He shouldn't be put to death!! Everyone is jail is gonna beat the hell out of him everyday untill he dies anywasy for doing what he did!!! Even if he does get the death penalty, I thnk he'll die in prison before his time comes!!! If I had my way, i'd set him up in a tiny tiny tiny sell with pictures of him and laci, and laci's dead body, and conners dead body...And i'd never feed him.... He'd jsut have to starve to death!!! I dont believe in the death penalty...I agree with tazzy when she said its the easy way out....I think he should have to rot in prison for the rest of his life in a maximum where its 23 hour lock down...

I am totally for the death penalty. I don't see it as an easy way out! He will rot in hell for the rest of his exsistance!! Now that is justice!! I don't want to pay for him to eat or anything!! It is his turn to meet god and be judged!! I think he is a horrible person and I think he should rot in hell not in jail.

i agree with you. I am against the death penalty. I am more for cruel and unusual punishment. Let's throw them in a hole and feed them bread and water for the rest of their life. Make them regret it for years to come. What is killing them going to do, besides killing another human being. And once their dead they can't suffer and think about what they did-it's over. I just don't think that makes sense.

i guess this also plays on each of our own beliefs. I don't believe in immediate afterlife. I believe that christ will come and only then will we raise from the dead. So killing him now, will not do justice. Yes he will go to hell when he arises from the dead, however, why not make him suffer now on earth as well?????

well then we would be just as bad as him, and I couldnt live with myself knowing that. God will do the punishing and torture to him. Not us. It says we are not suppose to judge. So in that case I feel let him live and let him feel.. And whatever happens to him happens.. But one day he wont be smurking believe that.

Im just glad that something is being done. I agree with the previous poster it will take a while for him to actually die while on death row....But I truley believe that he will suffer in prison. The prisoners in there will end up doing something I think to him. I mean this man killed his pregnant wife...That health questions is getting everything he deserves.
