I think u can usually tell right after u
miss ur period...But i'm not sure. Sorry.

Implantation bleeding usually occurs 2
days before your next expected period or
in the case that you're pregnant, you're
next missed period. Therefore 2 days i'm
saying....I'm not 100% sure on the 2 days
bit but i'm 95% sure.... Hope that helps.

I would say after the first day of a
missed period is the most effective time
to take a test to tell more accurately if
your are pregnant or not.
