Hello it means that there is a mass in the middle of the chest area, where all the large arteries, veins and lymphnodes are located. This mass can be anything: lymphnodes, tumor, aortic aneurysm, infection and other things. But it certainly needs to be investigated by a doctor. Best regards, leo www.Cancerforums.Net
