Sugar pills are the ones in the pack that
dont have any of the hormones in them.
What should you expect? Your period.

Oh, haha, yeah that happens. So I suppose
I wouldnt expect much of a change for
another week in your on-going period...
Hopefully it'll stop once you get back on
the regular pills after the week of sugar
pills, but you never know. Your body
still needs to adjust to the hormones and
such... You might bleed for another month
or however long... Pretty lame, but stick
with the pills because once everything
regulates you'll be a-ok, and your periods
should, hopefully, be shorter and lighter
than normal.

I took one sugar pill last night and I
couldn't fall asleep for awhile and I felt
pretty sick(dizzy, light headed, slight
headache). Is this normal?

Well, there's nothing in the sugar
pills... They're just to remind you to
take the pills every day. So, whatever
sickness you were feeling last night
probably wasnt from the nothing in the
sugar pills. I dont know what
else to tell ya, but there's nothing in
the sugar pills, so dont worry.
