Q: Strenuous Exercise?

I heard that walking is good for your pregnancy. Does it matter if your outside or on the tredmill? I always walk, but yesterday I walked on the tredmill cause I wanted to watch fear factor hah and I woke up with a achy belly... Sad

Walking is fine. Your body will tell you when it's too much. I don't think waking up with a belly ache had anything to do with you walking.
