Just started my bleeding this month and
for the first time i'm actually bleeding a
lot compared to normal. It's also giving
me more cramping.. I'm having to change
my pads twice as much and im just
wondering if this could be caused by high
stress and changed eating habits? I've
turned practically vegetarian and I eat a
lot less now and this has been going on
for a few months. Any suggestions??
Thanks!

Hmm...I have the same problems...To ease
cramping I usually drink green tea with a
2 teaspoons of sugar..Or chamomile tea
with 3 teaspoons of sugar and a bit of
milk..Try overnight pads, it may be a
little uncomfortable but it absorbs
alot...Oh and take some midol menstrual
complete or pamprin...I like midol better
though...

i had expierenced
excessive menstrual bleeding for about
four months before I went to the hospital
and they told me the cause of that was
thrombocytopenia. They basically said if
I started while I was hospitalized they
would have to give me something to stop it
cause it could have been fatal at that
time.So my advice is to tell your Dr.
Because u never know. Have them check
your cbc (platelet count) you might want
to take some iron pills too. Most women
are low on iron.
