First of all, thank you for being part of
the group of people who have formed and
maintained this important forum.
My question, or observation, is this:
sometimes I like to emphasize a word or
two in capital letters. The software
that supports this forum does not allow
that. It will not even allow "tmj" to
be written in capital letters.
It will not allow the abbreviation for
"for example" -- i.E. -- without
inappropriately capitalizing the "e."
if I sign off a post with a few words,
followed by a comma and then followed by
my first name, my name does not begin with
a capital letter, nor can this or any
other discrepancy be changed by my
editing. ... Also, if the last character
in a line is a quotation mark, then the
first letter in the next paragraph cannot
be capitalized. (also, the "a" in this
post's title cannot be capitalized.)
if nothing can be done about this, I will
ignore it. This forum is too important
for anyone to be bothered by such small
stuff. But if it can be easily
corrected, i'd much appreciate it.
Please delete this post or move it
somewhere else. It doesn't belong
here, I think, as a permanent post, imo.

Dear Steven,
I hear you. We just recently restored the
ALL CAPS function. We hesitated to turn
it back on for fear that people would
blast the forums with posts in all caps.
This does not turn out to be true,
however, and now you have the freedom to
express yourself. Happy
capitalization-ing!
