Poem.....

This is my disclaimer for steen: beware
these poems are not facts just someones
thoughts and feelings!!!!
I tried finding the poem that went around
my highschool in the 90's and this was
pretty close.
Abortion
my hair is black, my eyes are brown
mommy, you'd love having me around
it's early yet, the month is one
though you can;t see me yet, i've just
begun
one month later, the month is two
i'm still but a part of you
time is passing the month is three
i'm getting to be someone as you can see
still so small that I don't have to hide
i'm just a little seed inside
you'll love me mommy, just wait and see
i'm going to make you proud of me....
....I've got a new home now, the month is
seven
mommy didn't want me, so now i'm in
heaven
it's so beautiful, but now i'm gone
i have no memory to carry on
if I were still there now the month would
be eight
i was murdered by my mommy's own hand
i guess this is too young to understand
good-bye mommy, the month would be nine
i could've been living just fine
although i'm in heaven, I still have to
cry
because of mommy, I had to die.

This is the one I was originally looking
for and found it:
(abortion) diary of an unborn child
mommy keeps me safe
mommy keeps me worm
she handles me with love
mommy helps me form
i'm two months old today
and the gift that you gave me
was a pair of bright blue eyes
so that some day I can see
i've already have my arms
and a little puppy nose
and at the end of my two feet
are little things called toes
i'm looking foword to my life
to laugh and learn to walk
teddy bears and toys
then I learn to talk
i wonder so quitly
where we are going today
in a car or a bus
off so far away
why are we laying down mommy?
Being pulled away on four wheels
this dosent usually happen
how funny it feels
going through the doors
people dressed in green
if they hurt you mommy
just let out a little scream
mommy what is happening
i'm starting to cry
come quickley mommy
their forcing me to die
their killing me mommy
their pulling me apart
first my legs then my arms
no, now their at my heart
good - bye mommy good - bye
but now i'll never see
the sky the grass or the trees
and never feel the breeze
i love you mommy I really do
i only wish you could of loved me too.

a seven month abortion? And how often do
you think these happen?
The poem was ridiculous. Month old
embryos can't think or anything close to
it.

maybe if you could read properly you would
see that it stops at 3 months and then
skips to when the baby would be in it's
7th month-- person...

actually, in most abortions the fetus is

Emotional and unscientific hyperbole.

the text can be read as a 7month abortion,
as it doesn't conclusively say
otherwise.

person: I had 2 miscarriages before this
pregnancy and 1 was at 6 weeks and there
was pulling apart as it was coming out
piece by piece.
And you know what ??? I didn't write
this I just posted it. So my dear you are
just a nagging beastly person----i love
that it doesn't block that term....

Lilblaze.. Why don't you go back to the
pregnancy forum where you belong.. If
abortion upsets you so much than why are
you in here? Btw.. You don't mess with
moira or you mess with me and vice versa!!

i'm sorry to hear about your miscarriages
and glad to hear you're doing well now.
What was coming out was womb lining, just
as in a heavy period. The embryo at that
stage is too small for you to see "piece
by piece".

so I told her that my dad is from over
ther so maybe that's why I know the terms,
plus I read things.....
Moira we don't know each other so u coming
and attacking a poem I posted in the
abortion .D.E.B.A.T.E. Forum is just
being beastly. Whatever I don't have

She didnt' attack it, she debated it and
explained the inaccuracies of it.. Isnt'
that what debate is all about?
Seriously.. Let's be civil.. This isn't
a loaded question.. What was she supposed
to do with that poem? Agree with it?
She merely explained why it was wrong
because it does indeed have inaccuracies
about the facts and she explained that.

Whatever poems are someones thoughts--so
we are attacking the way someone
thinks.... By the way iu have friends
who've had aboritons because they thought
they were not ready for children (and
these are 26+yr olds) and I still love
them. Abortion might not be for me or
for everyone. But it's a person's choice.
I posted these poems in the debate
forum, I did not go into the abortion
forum and post them cause that's where
people will go to share differen
texperiences and i'm not trying to make
anyonefeel bad about what they've done,
just putting someone's feeling in the
forum.

it sucks it all out in one go and it's so

ok i'm sorry about the person thing--i did
not think they would post it and then when
they did I got caught up in the cursing
moment. As for the american thing, you
said" so pleased our culture has spread
over to you" and I just wanted you to
know in montreal, we are way more european
than in the states. So I was just
letting u know I was not from the
states.
As for misleading info.. These are
.P.O.E.M.S. Someone's feelings not
facts. I never said they were facts
darling.
Again sorry for the bloody person thing..
I'm having a bad day and this stupid
forum has made it worse.. I'm going back
to my preggo forum where the women are
nice. Ciao!

yes, you posted them in the debate forum,
not the abortion poetry reading forum. As
such, they become the subject of debate.
Try a literary society if you want respect
for the emotional contact or creativity
and imagination.
