Having your tubes tied makes it impossible to get pregnant. Is it possible you are starting menopause? Your period could disappear one day, and not come back for months with menopause.

There have been women who have gotten pregnant after having their tubes tied. It is not common, but there is a chance.

When in doubt, take a pregnancy test or go to your doctor for a blood test.

Pregancy After Tubal Ligation
Posted: 10-26-03 18:43pm

In my line of work I have nencountered two women that became pregnant after tubal ligation. So it is possible. However, it is worth mentioning that I came into contact with one of them because they were suffering from an ectopic pregnancy, which is a high risk for women w/ tubal ligation....I would recommend that you see your doctor so that he can confirm whether or not you are actually pregnant...Best of luck!
