I've had trouble breathing in the 2nd and 3rd trimester but recently it's gotten even worse. I just noticed today that I had dropped. I think it's kinda weird since once you drop you're supposed to be able to breathe easier. Maybe we have really big babies who take up a ton of room...

It is normal to be short of breath when you get further into your pregnancy. The baby takes up more room leaving less room for your diaphragm to expand when you breathe.Of course,if you are always short of breath or start to wheeze, call your doc asap.

i second this. Patty took the words right out of my mouth. I had a hard time catching my breath and the doc. Told me it was normal but if you get to uncomfortable please call your doc.

yup girl!! Last week I saw the baby and he has a huge head! I was all *ouch* lol.

Well girls I went to the hospital and everything was ok baby was fine. All they gave me was breathing machine to breath some mist. After that my oxygen level went up. My doctor wants me to go in on tues. So well see what else is going on. So everything is ok now. Im just having back pains but other than that im we are doing good. Thanks for the advice.

I've been having this thing where i'll be sitting around doing nothing and all of the sudden I can't breathe and I get dizzy. It was really scary at first.

Just wait until you are not even doing anything and lose your breath it sucks. Just to let you know ahead of time.

I am only 13 weeks and pretty much from the beginning I feel like I cant breath, I thought I was the only one. Lol and it is all the time. I have to take in deep breaths all the time and my husband either thinks I am in a bad mood or he makes fun of my deep breathing. I guess it comes with being pregnant.
