I recently started getting severe
headaches when I physically stress myself.
I lift weights everyday, and never had a
problem until last wednesday the 15th of
december. On that day I had to partake
in a physical fitness test. I was
performing push-ups, and was straining on
my last one. My face got beat red, and
my eyes blood shot. I then immediately
had a severe headache. Since this day
when I try to exert myself I get another
headache. I would really like to know
what you may think this is.

Hi,
i'm a natural therapist and I may be able
to shed some light on your problem.
The fact is that when you strain, you hold
your breath, when you hold your breath,
oxygen is not finding its way to your
body's cells as is needed.
Concentrate on your breathing whenever you
try to exert yourself. Many people don't
even realise that they hold their breath
as they are too busy doing something else
to notice that they are not breathing.
