I am pretty sure sometime in the next couple of weeks I am going to have to have knee surgery =(

It will be okay.. Your going to have to take time off though.. Maybe that will do you some good. Some of the stress from the job will be terminated for a little anyways. Do you have money saved up for the bills .... James was out of work for almost 3 months

The good thing about those surgeries is that they are almost instant cure. Yes, the skin and knee will hurt some, but you'll get back to walking without pain.
