Okay I went to the doctors today for a
follow up. Well the babies hb was 148 and
she said everything seemed normal...
Except im going for a emergency level 2
sono tomorrow at 6pm. Well to explain
real quick I knew about the marginal
placenta she said I have a low lying
placenta ok and I have something called I
hope im spelling this right.
Ologohydramnious. Something about the
fluids are low. If anyone knows what this
is please feel me in. Im going to try to
research it well I hope everything else is
okay. Well hopefully if everything goes
well tomorrow maybe I will know the sex of
the baby to we will see. Kepp me in your
prayers and send me un crossed leg dust so
we can find out.

This Is What I Found On Oligohydramnious

Oligohydramnious
below normal amount of amniotic fluid.
Amniotic fluid provides a cushion to the
fetus against physical trauma and also
permits the fetus to move while in the
uterus. The volume of amniotic fluid
increases throughout pregnancy until about
36 weeks of gestation. If the pregnancy
is prolonged beyond the normal due date,
the amount of amniotic fluid may start to
decrease. The amount of amniotic fluid
present is usually measured by ultrasound.
If there is a decreased amount of
amniotic fluid, there is increased risk of
cord compression and fetal distress.
Oligohydramnios is associated with long
standing maternal diabetes, pre-eclampsia,
hypertension, and congenital anomalies.
When oligohydramnious is present a woman
is 5-7 times more likely to have a
cesarean section.
