Down the street from me, theres this guy that breeds pits, and his house is like...Really run down, and he keeps them all outside in a pin. We have alot of coyotes and javalinas around here. He has no grass...Its all dirt. Its been raining alot here lately, and there just on lockdown, everytime I drive by, I get soo sad, cause that one in the front yard is always just laying there all alone. She looks so sad. I wanna save her from him.

That is so cruel it breaks my heart then they wonder why pitbulls attack people, just look how some people treat their pets. I am sorry I am a animal lover. I spoil my pet rotten he has his own baby blanket and baby album.

I would definetly make a report about that. It is so sad and disgusting what some people do. The reason we started this website is because we love ours so much, I really think slip ( the pit on our opening page) is the best pit around he is just like a person, he even stands up and hugs you like a person. Im going to try to post a pic of him and my kids.
Also when our site is done, on our home page it will say that our dogs are not for sale for illegal use.

i m sorry 4 using this way 2 communicate w/u sandy, but we r thinking of getting a pair of irish wolfhounds but were put off by the accepted life expectancy of 6-8 years. We lost r sheltie of 13 years, & do not think we would care 2 go through that again in so short a time. What do u know about this?

Hi Sky
I always investigate the people that I sell my pups to and I put in the contract that if they must get rid of the pup that I shall either take the pup back or that I have the right to see who the pup goes to next as I have always felt that it is my responsibility for my animals and their pups.
The best to you and your babies!
Sandy

They are amazing looking dogs! Fearless! I've never owned one but I have a 2 yr. Old rottweiler that's just over 100lbs. I thought he was fairly muscular until I saw the pics of these pits!! Beautiful dogs! And remember.......There are no bad dogs, just bad owners!!

thanks redrose. I also feel that its all in the way you raise your dogs. Anytime we get a new pit we let them sleep with our kids blankets, so that way they are used to their smell. All of our dogs are like big babies themselves. We should have another litter coming out tonight, shes overdue so check back for pics of the new pups, the others are almost all sold. Oh my god, i'm so sorry to hear that! Yeah, benji was part of the family, we loved him so much. Still do. He was def like our baby. Even thou he was huge (even very tall for a great dane) and he weighed almost 150 lbs. He was our little baby. He'd always try to cuddle with us on the couch, of course there wasn't any room in the end we'd have to sit on chairs and he'd be all comfy on the couch snoring! I'll try posting a pic of benji in a sec.

I have 2 chihuahuas and my boyfriend and I got a pit. The pit is so scared of the little boy chihuahua. My chihuahua rules the pit. It's soooo funny. I hate what a bad name pits have. They are the best dogs ever.

Mine has been getting these weird bumps all on his lower end and the doctor thinks he's allergic to something. The meds he gave him don't work. We can't figure out what is wrong with this dog. Anyone have any ideas?

Our pit had the same problem, he had it around his mouth too. I had given him a bath and put lotion on him so I thought it was because of that, but the vet said he was allergic to fleas, hes a house dog so when he would go outside if he got a flea it would drive him crazy and hed chew it. He gave him ammoxicillin, and now its gone, but I still think it was the cucumber melon lotion because he didnt get it until after I put that on him!!
