If you've been tested & it came up
negative, no. Don't worry. Hep.C
can--rather rarely--be transmitted
sexually, but usually it's associated with
using dirty needles.

Hello. I found some useful information
on hep c for you. It can be transferred
thru sexual intercourse, though they say
on the webpage that it is not easily
spread this way. Also, sharing needles,
toothbrushes, razors, nail clippers, and
such.
It is as helden said transferred most
commonly through using dirty needles, or
sharing needles.
At this point, I should think you have
nothing to worry about, as your
relationship with this person ended 10
years ago, and you were tested within the
last year.
Here's the webpage, so that you can read
up on it if you want.
