Hi. This is my first time post. I just
have a question... My mom was
hospitalized for cerebral aneurysm and she
was covered by their health insurance at
that time and now the owner of the health
insurance did not pay anything and my mom
is receiving statements from the
facilities where she was admitted. Now,
my question is... Is my mom going to pay
this bills that they're sending her or do
not make any payment? I need your
opinion regarding this. Thank you.

The first thing to find out is why they
are not paying. Are they participating or
non-participating in your health plan?
Another possibility is improper procedural
coding.
