so you view the zygote/embryo or fetus as deviant? That is sickening.
so you view the woman as nothing but a slave, nothing but a self-propelled uterus? That is sickening.

not if it is using the woman's body against her will. Then it is an intruder, a squatter

really? How so?

the renal patient is dependent on you as well, yet you are not saying that you should be forced to give him your extra kidney.

why would you go to a forum that discusses abortion if you can't handle views that are different than yours?

No hunn.. I didn't mean to make you feel unwelcome...I just didn't want nothing to start between us because we do have differing views.. That's all. Feel free to stay as long as you like

i was also planning on becoming a therapist.. I probably won't but I think I would be a good therapist.. I don't sit there and judge people who do things that arent in the norm unlike you. I try to understand why.. I don't sit there and slap a label on it.

"all his time"? Sarah, I have not had any problem with you, so lets not begin now, ok?

I don't own you any explanation any more than if I questioned your time here. That aside, yes I have a lot of vacation saved up and am taking a lot of half-days off during the winter time. Now, how do you account for your time here rather than whatever it ios you are supposed to do?

(no, I am not really interested, but it really isn't anybody's issue, is it now?)

christ, I wasnt trying to start anything, just wondering why you spend so much time on an abortion forum...Thats all. No need to get defensive! And my reason for spening my time here is that I work 3-11 shifts 5 nights a week and sit infront of the computer the hole time! I get very bored...So this is where I find myself!

so you believe that abortion is a "realistic approach"? How so?
I never said that. In fact, I have said that abortion is a last resort after other precautions have failed. What is realistic in this situation, are organizations which seek to educate and distribute information and contraceptives. I don't see any "pro-life" organizations doing that.

you're right, that is nonsensical. A baby, by its very definition is born and therefore cannot intrude into the woman's body.

the woman became pregnant.
all by herself?!? Call the presses!!!
Quote:
the baby didn't intrusively make his/her way in.
again, baby's do not intrude into the woman's body. That is impossible as baby's are born. However, the woman, unless specifically trying, did not ask the fetus to attach itself. In unwanted/unplanned pregnancies, the fetus is like a rude houseguest that slips in, eats from the fridge, sucks up electricity, and basically intrudes upon the woman.

We are not anti-choice because there are two wonderful pregnancy options. Parenting and adoption ..The third is a vile act of cruelty against mankind.

Women as slaves...Blah blah blah it's all been said before so i'm just gonna ignore that as it's stupid and really holds no ground.

The only thing you pro-death people do is advocate how terrible pregnancy is and how you should abort before you get pre-e and die...It must be terrible for the pregnant people you come in contact with...They probably run to the closest abortion clinic to get rid of the invasive parasite that causes them to be a slave and not to mention the fact that they'll all get sick and die....Since that's what really goes on when you're pregnant right?

you all never learn do you?? Losing the argument so you forget everything you learned or should have and go on and babble about how we are prodeath and that favor abortion as an option for every single pregnancy.. Blahdy bladhy blah.. Heard it all before

I don't see that any argument has been lost. The anti-choice comment was made and I answered accordingly

so I have yet to learn?

But why don't you teach me old wise one....I'm by far not as *ignorant* as you yet so I must learn.

adoption is a parenting option, not a pregnancy option. When a woman finds herself pregnant, there are two choices - birth or abort. If you'd remove one choice, you are antichoice.
