First Off You Aren't Really Fat

You just think that you are. When I weighed this much at your age, I thought that I was fat too. You aren't underweight though either so it would be safe to loseweight as long as you did it in a healthy way. Being bulimic is not healthy. It probably isn't helping you lose weight either because your body is confused. Stop throwing up and start exercising and eating a balanced diet. When I started running in high school, I got down to 115 by the end of the first season and had no problem staying there as long as I kept running. The other thing is that you might not be truly happy with your body when you lose weight either. For example, I lost a lot of weight recently and am back down to my running weight and think that I look awful. My waist did not lose much weight and there is no fat on my hips or thighs making me look straight up and down instead of curvy when I was heavier.

Latina girl with a thick bum and thighs. Wait until you're 18 and guys will be tripping over each other to talk to you. Believe me.

However, 135lb isn't fat at all... Not even close.

In the end, all that matters is if you're happy, and apparently you're not. So go see a your local dietician and find out a good plan for you to lose weight. By the way, your metabolism will raise and you'll burn more calories / lose more weight if you eat tiny meals throughout the day... Bullemic just makes things worse. :)

By not eating for two days then eating noodles does not sound very healthy at all. The only way to loose weight then maintain a healthy weight is to eat small but reagular meals thru out the day. Starving yourself will only make you end up eating more later! Cutting out carbs in the afternoon, eating lots of fruit and vegies and lean meat and incorporating some regular exercise is the easiest way to go. You will not only start dropping the kilos, you will be healthy on the inside. Throwing up not only puffs your face up, it also is terrible for your teeth and makes you feel exhausted and discusted in yourself. If you are healthy on the inside you will glow on the outside. Trust me, been there and done all of it! You can do it!

I'm 20. When I was your age..I did not have bulimia but I was very self cautious about my weight. I tried going on without eating as long as I could last. There were days where I only ate crackers. It was especially bad before my proms. I know what it feels like when your sick en tired of seeing a bunch of skinny skiiny girls..But the things is that too many girls who obssess over the issue of being "fat" are not even fat!!!! Don't compare yourself to anyone out there. You are yourself...And that's your identity..Why try to mimic or be like another?

Bulimia is serious.. I mean throwing up may get rid of the stuff in your tummy, but it has many side effects if it continues on and on. You need nutrients from healthy foods and the acid that you are throwing up are no good for your digestive system..Nor your teeth!!!!!

I just saw something on tv on bulimia. A girl had a heart attack from lack of potassium. Luckily, she survived, but she had signs of osteoperosis, and was told her teeth would fall out at still a young age. (lack of calcuim.)

eat healthy and excercise. Its the best way to go! Always!
