These are pretty much the only things I
eat: begals with low fat cream cheese,
skim milk/water/apple juice, home fries,
eggs, cheerios with brown sugar, mashed
potatoes, some form of chicken usually
baked, preztels, saltine crackers. Id say
whatever I eat 95% of the time it will be
something from that list because most of
that stuff is free at work =), is it
unhealthy to eat the same things all the
time? Are there vitimans and minirals
that im probably missing? What vitamins
and minirals should I be getting more
of?

I think its pretty important to mix up
your diet as the same types of food don't
always contain the neccessary nutrients.
Also the way the food is cooked will
affect the nutrients when u actually eat
it. I would definitely supplement your
diet with some sort of multi vitamin.
