Has anyone ever heard of david kirsch's perfect body plan? He's the guy that helps victoria's secret models get in shape and he also does some reality make over tv show like swan but not swan. Has anyone ever done his diet and does it work? What do you have to do eactly? Any information or leads to information would be appreciated too.
