I just got back from taking care of my mother who has cancer, and my father passed away with cancer 8 years ago, so maybe i'm just paranoid. But today I was taking a shower, and I found a small lump just off my right scrotum. I just now found this and I am nervous. I am a 40yr old male, and I checked out a few sites and that just made me more paranoid. Coud it just be calcium deposits? Maybe I don't want to know, but untill I do, i'll go nuts. What are the symptoms, or are there none? Noone knows this about it for I just found out. Thank you for your response.
