Gastric Bypass Surgery And Multiple Sclerosis Posted: 01-05-05 10:44am
I have recently been approved by my
insurance company for gastric bypass
surgery, I have found a wonderful surgeon,
I have tons of support from both family
and friends....And the only thing that is
holding me back now is the fact that I
have ms. I am 24 years old and I have
been living with ms for 3 years and I have
yet to find anyone else with ms who has
gotten this surgery. I am afraid of
moving forward with the surgery and having
complications later down the road because
of my ms. If you or anyone you know has
ms and has gotten this surgery or is even
considering this surgery, please contact
me!

Hello, I am just starting the process for
the gastric bypass and I also have ms. I
was dx 3 years ago. Please let me know
