I am a 20 year old woman. I am 5 months
pregnant, and have had a pretty hard life.
I grew up watching my parents hit each
other drinking drugs, alot of crazy stuff.
I have been out on my own now for 3
years, I am happily engaged to be married
to a wonderful guy. But, I have problems.
I have hit him, when I get really mad I
throw things, I do not know what to do and
why I am this way. Is there anybody else
that has this problem or knows what to
say. Please?

Hi! It is me again, have you checked
e.M.D.R. Out, it has helped a lot of
people out with phobias and past
situations, such as this, it allows you to
go back into the past and release the
situation so you can go on in your life,
it is a great release, I guess it is
similar to hypnotherapy. Do not feel bad
about this, we all need help some time in
our lives aand most do have something in
our past that we need to let go of.
Sincerely,
sandy

Hi, I am 16 years old and I grew up seeing
my parents doing drugs, and fighting and I
was abused myself by my mother..I have
been with my loving boyfriend for about a
year now and I hit him. Very hard, and
its very painful to me afterwards because
I just cannot understand why I do this.
I never have hit anyone before. But I
thought I would just let you know that you
are not the only one. I personally
belive I hit him because of how high my
stress level is. I cannot really give
you any advice, because I myself do not
know what to do about the situation
either. Sorry. God bless you
though..You will get through this.
