Off Bc And Pregnancy Symptoms Posted: 01-06-05 00:47am
I just recently got off the pill at the
beginning of december, and I should have
already had my period by now, but all I
have had are (what I think are) pregnancy
symptoms: nausea, fatigue, bloating, very
occasional cramps, like maybe once or
twice since i've gotten off the pill, no
period, and emotional. I have had sex
after getting off the pill w/ no
protection. Am I pregnant or can it be my
hormones changing b/c of the pill?

I think you really should consider doing a
pregnancy test, because you had
unprotected sex, and you have suspicious
symptoms...
Of course your hormones get out of control
when you start/stop taking the pill, but
anyway you really should be sure.
If you take the home pregnancy test don't
forget to use the first urine in the
morning! It's more reliable!
Wish you all the best!

I suggest taking a home pregnancy test
first to. But I also would go to my
doctor if you can afford it to get a test
done there to just to be on the safe side.
