You are now a bit further along. How are
you doing? Is the stress settling down a
bit? Now is not a bad time to look at
your resources. How much support do you
have? Who are reliable and can help you
out if you need it, both regularly and in
an emergency. How stable is your life?
How stable is the father? Is there any
family conflict or difficulty that can
cause you stress? How are your finances?
How is your health? Have you scheduled
your first prenatal checkup yet
(otherwise, call now and do so).
Or, if you feel to overwhelmed by the
pregnancy or by motherhood prospects, have
you considered abortion or adoption?
All these are questions only you can
answer. The good news is that most of
these concerns can be addressed with help
from others who can help you figure out
your options. Start talking with you
physician or call friends who have gone
through this.
