Urgent Question --- Please Help Posted: 01-07-05 01:38am
I just recently got over a stomach virus.
About every night around 12:00-5:00, I
would end up vomiting. I know I don't
have the virus any longer, as I don't have
any of the other symptoms. I was feeling
great today. However, it seems that
tonight (since i'm in the middle of this
time frame) that i'm feeling mildly
nauseated and i'm trembly. I know this is
nothing compared to most everyone else's
problems on here, but is that caused by
anxiety? I absolutely hate vomiting, so I
think I work myself up sometimes. I was
told if my symptoms didn't clear up that
i'd have to be back to the doctor, too,
and I hate doctors.
In a summary, does this sound like a
classic case of nerves?

Are you sure, though? You see, when i'm
around people or talking to someone or
even just keeping my mind occupied, i'm
absolutely fine--no shakiness, no mild
nausea... Nothing. This only happens
when I allow my mind to wander while i'm
alone. I'm a bit of a hypochondriac and I
desperately don't want to vomit again.

Anxiety And Going to Dr Posted: 01-07-05 19:23pm
Stress can make you physically ill. No
one likes to go to the doctor, but
unfortuately it is necessary. My blood
pressure goes up when I am just waiting to
see the doctor, and I have to see at least
three doctors because I have ms,
hypothyroidism and high blood pressure.
Please go even just to ease your mind.
Good luck.
