Sounds very unfair to me!! I dont know
anything about what youre going through,
but my husband and I are involved in a
lawsuit also. In march of 2003 my husband
was on his way to work and got hit by a
semi which has left him unable to work.
He had the job of his dreams. He went
after this job for 2 years until he
finally got it. When he did he worked
there 2 years and loved every minute of
it, and then this accident happened, weve
been through so many ups and down because
of it, but we finally settle in april ( 3
days b4 my baby is due), so that gives us
something to look forward to. Hope
everything works out with your case,
because even though you only worked there
1 day doesnt mean you shouldnt be
compensated.
