Has anyone heard of using fertility herbs to enhance the chances of becoming pregnant??? I've been checking on the internet and came across some herbs that seem to be good....Let me know if anyone out there has used any of the following herbs, and if so, what were the results?

1. Wild yam (i read that this should only be take from ovulation to the end of the month to produce fertility, if taken from af to ovulation it acts as a birth control!!!)

2. Chaste tree berry....

3. Evening primrose

and for the men......

1. Zinc/amino acids/vitamin e (all enhances the sperm's fertility and movement!!!!

Thanks to all!!!!

Yes
Hey this subject is like my husbands mother load, he knows alot about herbs, and yes using herbs to enhance your chances is very commonly used and a good alternative to prescpirtion drugs just be very careful on the dosages and never using any with the word black in it because these are especially dangerous even if you only take a hair too much, anyways evening primrose is what I would personally recommend before we got pregnant I was gonna see about using it anyways good luck.
