:( hi everyone.. Aah I don't exactly know what to say.. But i'm like trying to get over depression caused by birth control pills (i stopped the pills last weds), and I just can't do anything!! I feel like so numb. I don't want to go to school but I really have to coz I have some stupid presentations this week. And im worried im just gonna like burst out crying in the middle of them or something.. These cannot be postponed and I must do them because I want to maintain my high marks. And this is really hard. I start crying at everything. I like see my boyfriend I cry, someone says something, I listen to a song, I read something. Aah! And then I start thinking about sad things which makes it worse. Im supposed to get over this depression soon but it feels like its just getting worse, not better! Please help!!

Dear little pineapple,

this must be very upsetting to you. It seems that you are suffering from depression, that also may cause some anxiety attacks.

Most depressed people have hypoglycemia, that means that the non-drug treatment is going on a hypoglycemic diet.

Please read:

"what is hypoglycemia?"

at our web site and this will explain it. You can discuss this with a therapist.

If you are worried about your presentation due to anxiety, please take some glycerine before your presentation.

Search our web site for glycerine and how to take it, discuss with your school counsellor.
