Life Cycle of Mono

I had got mono about 13 months ago and I still have it, worse than I did :x . I am doing a little research for a project on it and I was just wondering if anyone could help me find the disease's life cycle. Thank you so much, any help that you can give is greatly appreciated. :lol:
