For the past few months, I have had this awkward feeling in the base of my brain. I can hear fluid moving around. It sounds like fluid is moving and it feels tingly. It occurs for about 3 seconds. It happens a couple times a day. I would imagine it is cerebral fluid, but I have never felt it before. Is it normal? Thanks heidi
