I've noticed white bumps all around my penis, mostly where the hair sprouts from i've noticed a few away from there. They itch from time to time. Also, I get this burning sensation sometimes when I urinate. I've had those for as long as I can remember, i've also noticed that on each of my testicles there is a something sprouting out of them, or something. It's hard, and very sensative, a little pressure and it hurts really bad.
