Is It Right?
Posted: 01-12-05 03:10am

I accidently fell in love with a girl, I met her 6 months ago, work with her and hang out with her occasionaly, we act like best friends towards each other...And she has a bf, I have talked to both of them about the relationship, its sounds like they should break up in my opinion...Anyways.. I feel like I should tell her I love... But im afraid this would ruin something or everything..I am really afarid of the consequences. Thoughts, feelings?

Well, only you know the answer to that question my friend...But if this relationship is going to fail then bide your time. Don't jump the gun, they may still work things out. I can't say if you love her or not, but if they break up tell her that you have always been interested in dating her. Love is a strong word and can scare people away if said early in a relationship or in your case before a romantic relationship even starts. As to consequences, they happen whenever you make a decision. You have consequences when you choose not to tell her. Consequences are good and bad. Regardsless of which it is, you need to be totally comfortable with those consequences before you make an active move. For instance she may want try a romantic relationship or not and have a hard time being friends with you. Then again it may not have such a huge impact on your friendship. You know her, I don't. Just be prepared and accept what could happen. Best of luck!
