you would have to call an obgyn office to get prices I know it can be in the thousands...
They wiuld have to remove the clamp becuase if you would become pregnant it would remain in your tubes and be called a tubal pregnancy and this is very dangerous

My friends mom had a tubular pregnancy well she went in the ambulance and when they examined her she had pieces of the baby floating around in her. :( then they sucked them all out. :( and she was sick for a while.
