Off the top of my head i'll give some a shot

take vitamin c?
• be around computers all day? Try not to be around too much eleticity if it makes you feel dizzy or stomachachy... And know that while your pregnant you loose some sight
• get a manicure? Highly not recommended and this is coming from em whos the mani/pedi queen I had to give up my addiction... Plus getting a pedicure when your futher along in pregnancy there are presure points in your feet that can tripper labor
• drink caffeinated sodas? Yes bad bad not only is the caffeine back but the fructose sugar as well. They dont say you cant have caffeine its just not recommended plus the baby doesnt prefer it... And diet sodas as well... Cafeiene free sodas are alittle better just watch out on the frustcose sugar
• sleep on my back? The best postition to sleep on during your pregnancy is on your left hand side... It flows more blood/oxygen/etc... To the baby however sleep as you are confortable if sleeping on your back is the way you find easiest to fall asleep then do so however try to prop yourself up alittle and not sleep flat on your back. Plus you'll find futher in your pregnancy that it is uncomfy for you and the baby without a little lift... There has been circumstances where it was harmful to the baby but very rare...
• drink diet soda? Diet soda is better than reg soda yet not as good as caffeine free the fructose sugar and caffeine is what gets to you..
• eat deli meats? Just eat in low proportions I learned that at my nutritionist class
• take ibuprofen? Tylonol... Plain simple no extras added is the only thing to take... As well as plain non drowsy non allergy plain reg suddifed and plain robitussin are the only things you can take unless prescribed otherwise by your doc
• use my microwave oven? Test your microwave... Put your cell phone in side (do not turn it on) and call your phone? Does it ring? Lemme know.. Steer clear of the microwave... If you are to use it simply put it in and walk away the raidation is not good for you... So limit your in takes!
• have sex in the third trimester? Sex is perfectly fine for you the entire pregnancy as long as its comfortable hop on!... Dont worry too much about cramping its natural and okay (i read this in what to expect this afternoon!) but as long as your comfortable go ahead... Sometimes you'll find ways of making it better plus switch postions around to find what best suits you... Try not to be on top too much in 3rd timester if your leaning forward... :) oh and oral is okay just make sure your partner does not blow any air into your vagina! (what to expect!)
• take hot baths? Steer clear of the hot tub but okay to take baths not too hot and not too long and if it becomes uncomfy just keep your tummy out...
• wear high heels? Heck if your feet can handle it shoot for the stars! Where em till you swell
• use acetaminophen (tylenol)? Tylenol is the only thing recommended yet only take 1 pill not 2
• get my heart rate over 140 beats per minute? Dont take my advice too seriously on this one its a wild guess but I do know dont stress yourself out so like if thats what your talking about bad bad because I know stress is bad!
• jog? Excercise as much as you want without tiring yourself out! Bring water and a cell if going for long strolls and test yourself dont over do yourself! And dont run too hard! And stop that in second trimester and switch to walking fast or slow..
• eat a lot of chocolate? Sorry hun but quit the chocolate
• take homeopathic remedies? (i asked my mom on this one... She said yes but make sure to check all with doc first like she bought me this lavandar tee and I had to double check with my doc.. It all depends on your stats)
• be around a child with the chicken pox? If youve had em sure...
• be around people who smoke? Bad bad bad steer clear of all smoke dont be around second hand smoke or ppl who smoke dont smoke blah everything I cant stress this any harder! Think one huge gulp of smoke you inhale is like x's 10 for your little one whos like how much smaller than you??? Steer clear please I beg of u!
• be on my feet all day? In first and second tri its okay but futher along you'll start to realize its effects plus you can get stress fractures and grrr some word I forgot which is this severe swelling which can be dreadfully pain ful! If your working take breaks every 2 hours and elevate your feet as much as possible..
• bleach my body hair? I also read about this today.. Although there have been no true studies proving there is harmful effects to where dyeing your hair during pregnancy some chemicals do seep into your skin causing or could cause problems...
• carry around my toddler? Try not to carry more than 20lbsbut live weight most definetly is better than dead weight and lift with your legs not with your back!
• change the cat's litter box? I aske dmy mom and she had a strong stern no! Come out of her mouth so I wont even go there...
• do sit-ups or crunches? Working out is okay I was told try luncgews but dont strain your abs! Walk walk walk!
• drink diet shakes? Dont diet just eat healthy!
• get a facial? Try not to absorb too many chemicals into your skin while pregnant..
• get a mud bath? Go ahead
• have a drink or two at dinner? No alchol! Hell no!
• have my morning cup of coffee? I read that you can have a span of 3 small cups in a day or so..
• sit in a hot tub? Try to steer clear dip your toes...
• swim in a chlorinated pool? Swimming is very okay..
• take migraine medication? Check with doc and it must be perscibed! My doc says no
• use a heating pad for sore muscles? Yes but try to vary heat then cool for a period of time then heat
• use a photocopier for more than a few minutes? Hmm i'm not too sure but i'll look into it if its the same effects as microwave
