Can I Still Have a Period And Be Pregnant? Posted: 01-13-05 12:19pm
Hi , I have had regular periods now for
several months and for the first two they
were regular to light bleeding. I keep
track of my periods and in dec I didnt
well my friend helped me calculate out
when I was suppose to start in dec and
used that to where I was suppose to start
in jan. I was four days late. My first
day I usually jus start bleeding regular
to heavy and cramp pretty bad. I spotted
the whole day and then the next I was
heavy with extremely bad cramps and the
cramps went away and I was light to
regular. I usually get heavy around the
3rd or 4th day cuz my periods last from 6
to 7 days I have many signs of pregnancy
and I dont know what I should do.!!

I dont know where all the experienced
ladies are today, im not good when it
comes to this kinda stuff, but yes you can
still have a period while your pregnant,
if you think you are go get a blood test
done, or you can try an hpt. Your period
couldve just been irregular this time, but

if you had a period I would say no your
not pregnant, but everyone is different
and yes yo can have a period and be
pregnant some people do, and it will last
through there whole pregnancy or atleast
part of it. You could always take a hpt,
or you could get a blood test done. I
would wait until your next period is due
and if no change I would schedule an appt.
