First of all, when did you last have sex? Was it rather briefly after you ended your period? From the timeline I can get from your post, it seems like you are halfway between your periods at this time, which means that it is right around the time of ovulation. If your ovulation cycle follow normal patterns, then you wouldn't have ovulated any earlier than 5-7 days ago, and implantation would barely have occured. As your sumptoms seem to have lasted from the time when your period ended, pregnancy is less likely, unless your period occured while you were pregnant.

That would be unusual, but not unheard off. Your period itself while a bit different was not particularly unusual, so I am not sure that this is the case. And if you were pregnant during your period, then you would have been one month pregnant when you wrote the note, ample time for a pregnancy test to work.

So my best guess is that you are not pregnant.
