Hey everyone, just got back from the doc it was horrible!! You have 5 minutes to drink that bottle of dextrose for the glucose test, I guess I was taking to long and the lady kept nagging me, I was like if I drink it to fast im going to throw up and have to start over! So I finally finished and had to wait an hour for the test, I fell asleep while waiting and when she called my name to go back, I jumped up so fast I almost fell!! Super embarassing cause when I went to sleep I was the only one there when I woke up there was 4 people there!! *anyways* so then they drew blood omg it hurt like hell, way worse then I remember. Maybe it was the way the lady stuck me, but it still really hurts. So then I had to go get my rhogam shot (in the hip) I was so dreading it, but it really didnt even hurt! The glucose was way worse!!! Now its 12:30 and I have until 2 to get my horribly messy house cleaned because we have a real estate lady coming to take pictures!!! What a day!!!

Yeah its for gestational diabetes, theyll probably call in a few days with the results, but im not worried because im sure everythings fine. The shot is because im rh negative if you are you get it at 28 weeks, then right after you have the baby. Its so the antibodies or something in your blood doesnt mix with the babys because it could be fatal, im not really to sure, but I know its because my blood type is o negative, and my husbands is something positive. But I never had any problems with my last 2 kids.

I gotta get the shot too. I had it after my last miscarriages. It's not bad at all. But then again I have tattoos (one on the back of my head/neck...) :)
