Hi everyone,
hope you're all doing good!
I took my first prenatal swimming class today and it was great! It was soo amazing! At first I had some troubles keeping up my balance, but it got better after just a couple of minutes. We did some exercises with emphasis on the hips, pelvis, then the back, shoulders, arms and legs.
In the end we were just floating on the surface supported by some swim aids, it was incredible! If your feet, ankles, knees, hips, pelvis and back hurt (like mine do), then just imagine how good it feels to just float! Wow!
it was kinda funny thou, to see about 12 prgenant ladies making all kinds of moves and floating in the water!

anyways, if you don't already do it, then i'd recommend checking it out, it's really a lot of fun!

Take care ladies!
