Has anyone out there heard of an appetite
suppressant called hoodia? I'd like to
lose 30 pounds. I'm already exercising;
want to take a safe, natural supplement to
help me along.
Please respond. Thank you so much.

Hoodia Is Safe Posted: 11-16-05 16:51pm
Your post is ages old, but I just joined
and saw it with no response, so I thought
i'd reply.
Hoodia is safe and a good idea for your
purposes. But stick to good brands -
flora, source naturals, paradise herbs.
Also, bija tea has hoodia tea.
It tricks your brain into thinking you're
full. Drink lots of water (it thinks
you're not thirsty, too), and take it half
hour before a meal.

I would not recommend this supplement. I
have seem multiple medical problems with
this supplement ranging from blood
pressure problems to neurological
problems. Treat the problem not the
symptom. The problem is the symptom of a
large fuel tank and you need to find the
real problem - not try a potential health
harming product.
