Ok heres the deal im 14 and I weigh 200
pounds im 5'8 and im very unhappy with my
weight ive tried alot of stuff in the past
year or so and I was wondering if u guys
ould help me out and give me a good
weightloss plan I would appreciate it very

What have you tried? The best thing
other than watching calories is to get on
a good cardio fitness routine (running,
speed walking, biking) for 30-40 minutes a
day 3-4 days a week. Also, building
muscle from weight training helps to
increase your metabolism which would aid
in burning calories.
