Yes, it is possible. As far as I know
from talking to nurses and researching on
the internet, it doesn't make any
difference whether someone is having an
'outbreak.' if they have the virus it can
be transmitted at any time. Also, condoms
don't prevent transmission.

Very true. High risk hpv also can be
contracted with or without a condom.
