I get a deep almost sharp throbbing pain in my breasts, usually the right one. Its directed mainly under my nipple.

It just feels really deep and uncompfatable, not overly painful.

Does anyone know what this is?

Yes I get that too that was my first sign and it was my right nipple I thought I was going to die the pain was so terrible it has eased off a lot it happens more when I get cold and my nipples get hard what helped me was when I took my bra off. I guess its a part of being preg :)
