Removal of Ovary And Tube

9 years ago I had my tubes tied...And then 2 yrs ago I had my rt ovary and rt tube removed...A few days ago I had xrays done for a hip problem I was having and to my surprise the dr showed me the clips on both my rt and left side from my tubal...Now how can that be if I had my tube and ovary supposely removed from the right side?? Can anyone give me advice on this matter
