What Is "the Same Time"?

:?:

i keep reading everywhere that you have to take the pill "at the same time" every day? What kind of time span do I need to do this in? I am currently taking it with my lunch, but sometimes I eat as early as 11 and other times as late as 1:30, depending on when I can get away. Is this 2.5 hour span too long of a time? And all the websites say that if you miss a pill, take it soon and use backup. Well what if you miss it by like an hour or two? How long do I need to miss it by to count it as a "missed pill"? It seems like all the stuff on the net is so generic and won't give it to me in minutes. Anyone with knowledge about this would be a great help! Thanks!

I was told that for combination pills that you have a +/- 2 hours from your "traget time" to be considered on time. "late" is after that, and "missed" is more then 8 hours off your target.

I was told it's an hour on each side. Its best to take it asap so it's more effective!
