Is there a danger in getting a general
anesthetic at the hopsital when you suffer
from emphesema? Can it cause harm? If
yes, what kind of harm?This was for
surgery on a right patella.

hi there, I have alsorts wrong with my
chest including emohysema chronic asthma,
c.O.A.D and permenant fractured ribs due
to osteoperosis, and trust me an
aneastheatist wouldn't touch me with a
barge pole I was even given a
wide berth at the begining og all this..
There is always a risk with an anaesthetic
even if you are 100% healthy, and that
comes from my chest specialist !! Please
be careful and always ask ask ask untill
you are completly satisfied. Hope this
