How Can I Strengthen My Neck? Posted: 01-19-05 16:33pm
What are some excercises that I can do to
strengthen my neck? I recently joined a
gym and I told one of the fitness
instructors that I get a sore neck and
back alot.
He told me that I have to build some
muscles on my neck and back for support.
I already know some excercises that
strengthen my back but i'm not sure of any
that will strengthen my neck, please if
any of you know some please tell me

Most gym's actually have some machines to
develop your neck muscles.
Shoulder shrugs will develop traps and
some neck muscles. And armpit shrugs
will do an ever better job of developing
neck muscles. Otherwise you'll need the
resistance machines to do it properly to
avoid injury.

develop your neck muscles.
Shoulder shrugs will develop traps and
some neck muscles. And armpit shrugs
will do an ever better job of developing
neck muscles. Otherwise you'll need the
resistance machines to do it properly to
avoid injury.
