Has anyone ever had a sweet taste or metallic taste in their mouth early in their pregnancy that wouldn't go away? I'm curious if this might be an early sign that i'm pregnant..If I am I only just conceived a week ago.

I'm confused and could use some feedback. Thanks girls!

I just went to a website that gives a brief run through of some uncommon symptoms of pregnancy, there it talks about the taste in your mouth during pregnancy, maybe it can answer some other questions your've had!

~some women complain of an oddly metallic taste in their mouths during pregnancy. Others find they dislike foods they previously enjoyed and vice versa.

You may need to copy and past that, it might not go directly to it if you click on it, I don't know though

Eeww, That Stir Fry Makes Me Sick!!
Wow, that's really interesting, I am 3 months pregnant and I have been experiencing the metallic taste in my mouth every morning. I didn't realise it had anything to do with pregnancy. Also, before I fell pregnant I really loved green thai curry and black bean stir fry, but now the very thought of it makes my stomach turn. I can't even stand the smell of it, yet I never ever thought anything could ever keep me away from the stuff.

Regards,

suzy

Hi Girls...metallic Taste Explanation
Wow...I'll never forget the metallic taste in my mouth, I couldnt sleep, eat, drink or even swallow it was that bad.....I didnt find out that I was pregnant for about 3 weeks after that. I was about 8 weeks along when I was having that horrible taste but it went away after 2-3 weeks. It should pass///not sure why it happens but many women complain of that during pregnancy.
